• I authorize Hawthorn Creative and Opal Collection to showcase my photographs indefinitely both digitally and in print, including but not limited to brochures, e-brochures, marketing materials, advertising, Opal Collection websites, and on corresponding social media.
• I own all rights to these photographs and/or I am authorized by the individuals within these photographs to distribute and publish the images as I see fit.
• I grant permission to print or otherwise use the photograph without payment or any other consideration.
• I acknowledge that neither Hawthorn Creative nor Opal Collection guarantees that my photos will be selected for the project in which I am participating and that my photos are being submitted for consideration only.
• I am responsible for contacting Hawthorn Creative should my photo credit change.

Opal Collection has agreed to include your photo credit whenever your image is used. Hawthorn Creative is not responsible for monitoring usage of photos or photo credits by the venue and accepts no responsibility should images not be properly credited when used by the venue. You, the photographer, will retain ownership of the images but are granting rights to the venue and Ocean Properties to use at their discretion.

Submit images

We recommend using WeTransfer.com. It's free, doesn't require an account, and is very easy to use. Please send all images to swiley@hawthorncreative.com.

IMAGE CONTENT

Types of images we are looking for include, but are not limited to:

• Venue-specific images including, ballrooms, reception areas, outdoor grounds, ceremony areas, and catering services - with or without people.
• Detail images of bouquets, brides, grooms, cakes, food, beverages, or other venue-specific details.
• Portrait-style and formal images are not preferred.

IMAGE REQUIREMENTS

We accept high-resolution digital images (CMYK and 300 DPI preferably at 8.5” x 11”). Hawthorn Creative will make all efforts to accurately replicate the color and clarity of your images; however, we cannot guarantee exact image replication. For color verification, we request that you supply proofs when submitting digital images. Please do not watermark photos. All photo credits will be placed by Hawthorn Creative designers.
