Kennebunkport Resort Collection (KRC) was set up for success with some of the most sophisticated properties in the region, each offering guests something special. Hawthorn had worked with them for several years on a vibrant custom magazine, which garnered repeat praise from guests. The problem? Their dated web presence and platform.
KRC struggled with something many hotels and resorts can relate to: an outdated and inflexible Content Management System (CMS). They wanted to reflect the luxury and uniqueness of their properties, but were unable to even edit the content themselves. So, they turned to Hawthorn, their longtime print partner, to translate their magazine look and feel to the web.
