IT Coordinator (Part Time)

We are looking for a well-rounded and motivated IT professional to help manage the company’s IT demands 16-24 hours per week in our dog-friendly Portsmouth, NH office. This individual will work in a multi-platform environment that consists of Windows, OS X, and Linux devices. Position duties include day-to-day IT tasks, employee help desk, backup, asset management, research, and more.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Linux/Unix terminal
  • 1–2 years of experience
  • Experience creating documentation for layman personal
  • Fluency with Google Apps for Work
  • Ability to work in our Portsmouth office

 

Helpful skills:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008
  • Salesforce deployment and management
  • Familiarity with Active Directory
  • Experience with Hyper-V or other virtualization products
  • Working knowledge of either Ruby, Python, PHP, or another interpreted programming language
  • Deployment and management of Microsoft Office 365

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support devices on company network
  • Manage Dell backups and recovery
  • Resolve employee IT issues
  • Research and implement new services and technologies
  • Deploy new computers and devices
