• I own all rights to these photographs and/or I am authorized by the photographer and individuals within these photographs to distribute and publish the images as I see fit.
• If required, I have model releases for these photographs and/or I am authorized by the individuals/models within these photographs to distribute and publish the images as I see fit.
• I grant the permission to use the photographs in print and online, without payment or any other consideration.
• I acknowledge that Hawthorn Creative does not guarantee that my photos will be selected for the publication in which I am advertising and that my photos are being submitted for consideration only.
• I grant permission for Hawthorn Creative to use the photos I submit in both the editorial portion and on the cover of the magazine.
• I am responsible for contacting Hawthorn Creative should my photo credit change.

Submit images

We recommend using WeTransfer.com. It’s free, doesn’t require an account, and is very easy to use. Please send all images to magazinephotos@hawthorncreative.com.

IMAGE REQUIREMENTS

We accept high-resolution digital images (CMYK and 300 DPI preferably at 8.5” x 11”). Hawthorn Creative will make all efforts to accurately replicate the color and clarity of your images; however, we cannot guarantee exact image replication. For color verification, we request that you supply proofs when submitting digital images. Please do not watermark photos. All photo credits will be placed by Hawthorn Creative designers.
